设定资料（中文）：拥有坚硬的甲壳，但攻击性还比较低，是昆虫型数码兽初始形态。前肢各有一个硬质爪，中肢和后肢各有四个硬质爪，特别是中肢跟人的手一样可以灵活地抓取物品。相当于其进化型的其他昆虫只有斗争心，但现阶段还残留着亲近自然的感情，能看到他闻着花的气味儿在树荫下睡午觉等无忧无虑的生活状态。暂且拥有的必杀技是用翅膀放大静电并释放的「小型雷电」。

设定资料（日文）：硬い甲殻を持つが、まだ攻撃性の低い昆虫型デジモンの原初タイプ。前肢に１本、中肢と後肢に４本の硬質爪を持ち、特に中肢は人間の手並に器用に物をつかんだりできる。進化型にあたる他の昆虫型は闘争心しか持たないが、この時点では自然を親しむ感情が残っているようで、花の匂いを嗅いだり木陰で昼寝をしたりといった、のんきな生態を見せる。一応持っている必殺技は、羽で増幅させた静電気を飛ばす『プチサンダー』。

小型闪电（飞翼闪电）：自背后的鞘翅发出放大静电的小型雷电。

小雷电：由翅膀放大的静电。

双臂：用两只爪子切开敌人。有时会接着上勾拳。

滚动防守：沿着地面旋转并猛烈攻击敌人，或者在球中弧线球以提高防守。

硬爪：用硬爪攻击敌人。

犀牛旋转：充电时翻转并在背上旋转。

迪纳摩旋转：飞行时，向前旋转并电击敌人。

电击钳：在充满电的情况下以一定角度向上旋转。

身体打击：对付敌人。

滚动鞭：仰面摔倒，用后腿踢。

踉踉跄跄的攻击：用爪子反复击打敌人，先向敌人侧身跳去，然后向前倒在敌人身上。

放电：从其整个身体释放出驻极性，使其附近的任何人都感到震惊。

After Akiyama Ryo defeated Devimon, Izumi Kōshirō, Tachikawa Mimi, Tentomon and Palmon were freed. The Chosen Children then returned to their world, while their Partner Digimon joined Ryo to rescue the others.

Tentomon is a Child level, Vaccine Attribute, Sky Type Digimon. Naturally, if Tentomon battles with any Chosen Children Digimon (Agumon, Gabumon, Piyomon, Palmon, Gomamon, Patamon, or Tailmon), it can learn Variable Techs of Kabuterimon (Mega Blaster) and Atlur Kabuterimon (Horn Buster, if it learns Kabuterimon"s), as well as other Chosen Children Digimon"s Variable Techs.

Tentomon is an obtainable Digimon which is evolved from Budmon, Gigimon, or Tokomon, and can evolve to Airdramon, Guardromon, Kabuterimon, or Sunflowmon. It can also be obtained as a collectable card. Its card is part of the Tentomon Evolution(テントモン進化 Tentomon Shinka) set.

Tentomon is Izumi Koshiro"s Partner Digimon. He first evolves into this form from Mochimon in "Adrift? Island of Adventure!" before fighting Kuwagamon, and stays in this form as his base afterwards. Tentomon is a playable character, whose attacks are:

Petit Thunder: deals damage to all enemies with a chance of inflicting Shock. Costs 12 SP.

Twice Arm: deals damage to one enemy with a high chance of inflicting Shock. Costs 3 SP.

Rolling Guard: increases the Defense of one party Digimon by one stage. Costs 4 SP.

As the player progresses through the game, Tentomon gains the ability to evolve in-battle into Kabuterimon (in Episode 5, "Lightning! Kabuterimon"), Atlur Kabuterimon and, optionally, Herakle Kabuterimon.
